ON December 23 I waited with many people for the 437 bus to West Kirby.

Sitting next to me was this lady and her son.

I told her: "you do realise when the bus does come after an hour of waiting that these people who have just joined the queue will be the first on."

She decided to wait on the kerb.

When the bus finally came it was almost full, the driver opened the door to let two or three people on and just as he yelled the bus is full, this kind lady pushed me on.

I was so grateful to her.

God knows how long they had to wait for the next one.

On the way we saw several buses 437 with no service.

We were so annoyed. We don’t know the reason for this.

I know this letter is drawn out, but I would like to say a big thank you to the lady in question.
