AT a time when many people in the UK are homeless, hungry or living in poor conditions - even in nursing homes - I am surprised Paul Nuttall is so worried about the colour of his passport.

I would like a day-glow orange one so it would be easier to find if I am ever lucky enough to travel abroad again.

Why does Mr Nuttall need a passport at all?

Certainly not to travel to his highly-paid job - he never bothers to - and seems to show little interest in foreign people, their countries or cultures.

He will not need a passport to tour the UK as he tries to become an MP before his current gravy train grinds to a stop.

No worries, whatever happens he has a fat EU pension to look froward to, probably more than a lot earn and have to live on.
