I WOULD like to ask a simple question and hope the answer will bring some common sense to green/brown/food bin fiasco.
Why can't Wirral Council consider this simple proposition without any cost to the council taxpayer?
Why don't people just put their food waste into the garden waste brown bin, as originally that's where the food actually was grown from.
It's green, it's organic and it’s better for the environment.
Or is that too simple a solution?
