THEY say you can't put old heads on young shoulders and the election results proved that.

Jeremy Corbyn promised them the earth with no realistic way of funding it, while Theresa May promised them reality which they closed their eyes and ears to.

While they blamed the oldies for Brexit, many of the oldies will blame them for this debate along with those who advocate the usual politics of envy.

Mr Corbyn will stick a spoke in Mrs May's wheel at every opportunity because he won't have to deal with the consequences of it.

Only time will tell which one was right.
