ARE the people of Wirral and local parliamentary candidates aware of the Progressive Alliance?
The idea is that the non-Tory candidates forge a deal whereby some of the candidates stand aside giving their support to the non-Tory, who is likely to attract the greatest number of votes.
Just a thought.
