YET again we see in the Wirral Globe more animal cruelty (Cat killed in suspected deliberate attack) and our hard-working local RSPCA inspector asking for information regarding this callous crime.
I despair when I read of so much abuse against animals taking place in our region.
It seems week after week I read about some sort of animal cruelty in the Globe.
As the article stated, please contact RSPCA if you have any information regarding any animal cruelty, or suspected cruelty, and please sign the petition which seeks to ensure that the RSPCA retain their much-needed powers of prosecution, which some pro-hunt MPs are trying to strip them of.
