On your bike, GoPro cyclist
HAS anyone else noticed that cyclists in Wirral think the rules of the road don't apply to them?
I had to really slam on the brakes to avoid one who was merrily cutting across red lights in Moreton.
He was fully equipped with a "GoPro" camera on his helmet, the works.
When I sounded my car horn at him, he shook his fist at me!
