I AM writing to appeal to Globe readers for volunteers to help raise funds for the British Red Cross at fundraising collections in the Heswall area.
We have been kindly allocated a collection spot at Tesco Extra Heswall store on Monday, December 19.
We are looking for local people to give just two hours of their time to join our fundraisers to raise vital funds for the Red Cross.
Just two hours of your time can help save the life of someone vulnerable in crisis right here in Heswall or across the world.
The Red Cross is a volunteer-led humanitarian organisation that helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.
If supporters can help at this collection, fundraising materials will be provided and we would be very grateful for any support.
