REGARDING the letter about the rubbled bridleway at Irby (Council silent on horserider's speed limit plea', Mailbox, April 23), more than two years ago a length of bridleway at the side of Tam O'Shanter's Farm was rubbled' and can be walked in two minutes.
It cost 22K in public funding.
Many local riders will not use for fear of making their horses lame - what a waste and total disregard of public money.
