Who collects foil?

CONGRATULATIONS to Wirral for coming tops in the recycling table - but what about the foil? I have been told that all that was collected went in the landfill sites.
I have collected foil ever since I was at school. In the Midlands, where I used to live, it was for the blind institution.
I would be most grateful if anyone could tell me of anyone, preferably in Greasby, who collects foil.
