NESTON CC squash team celebrated their annual dinner after enjoying an extremely successful season.
The men's first team were promoted to Division Two of the North West Counties Squash League, while the men's fourth team also gained promotion to Division Four.
Both ladies' teams were also promoted.
The men's first team also won the Cheshire Challenge Cup, beating Barnton 5-0 in the final at Warrington.
The team comprised skipper Graeme Lea-Swain, Nick Mason, Michael Potter, Garry Davies, Ian Stokes.
Mike Potter, Nick Mason, Daniel Beddard and Emma McFarland, all from Neston, reached the finals of the Wirral Cup. Emma was overall winner of the Ladies' Wirral Cup.
Mike Potter was overall club champion, Ian Stokes was handicap champion, Emma McFarland was ladies' champion, while Cameron Lea-Swain became junior champion.
The club has ambitious plans for next season and has secured the service of a club coach/top first team player in readiness.
