Wirral sports club needs you
OXTON Cricket and Sports Club, established in 1875, is looking for more new crown green bowling members.
During the summer season (April-September) they play, socially, most afternoons holding a variety of competitions members can choose to take part in.
With AgeUK recently recommending bowling to its members to improve mental concentration and as excellent exercise, there is now a chance to try it out at an open day .
This will take place at the club on Saturday, April 9, at 2pm.
