Wirral Taekwondo students celebrate black belt honours

Taekwondo students with their certificates
TAEKWONDO students from Wirral Taekwondo Academy have achieved their Black belts under the watchful eye of five 8th Degree Taekwondo Masters.
Eighteen successful students from the age of eight gained 1st degree level.
They are James Muir, Dylan Moore, Nick Lewis, Ethan lewis, Finlay Gibson, Jake Michael, Glen Flaherty, Keren Anderton, Harry Chamney, Connah Parkinson, Alex Cross, Lewis Roper, Louis Walker, Sheehan McDonnell, Kieran McFaull, Harry Brown, Isabel Sheridan, Liam Loughead.
Nathan Saunders, 11, became one of the youngest students in the country to gain his 2nd degree and 19-year-old John Windrum gained his 3rd degree.
The students are now preparing for the British Taekwondo Championships in Coventry at the end of the month and also for next year's World Championships.
