TRANMERE Rovers' National League campaign continues tonight with what promises to be a tough away game against Woking.
Taking place at Laithwaite Community Stadium in Surrey, it comes three days after Gary Brabin's squad picked up three points with a 2-1 victory over Guiseley.
Rovers beat Woking 1-0 at Prenton Park on the opening day of the season at Prenton Park.
Assessing tonight's opponents during a press conference at Prenton Park, Brabin said: "Garry Hill (manager) has got a good squad of players there and it's been a bit similar to us really because I know they have had a few injuries to key players.
"They're a strong side and we expect them to be up there.
"They had a great result on Saturday, beating Chester FC 2-1, so they will be full of confidence and looking to turn their fortunes around."
Rovers are currently 10th on the table with 33 points. On their performance, Brabin added: "We need to kick on.
"We're happy with the progress we've been making day to day on the training pitch and with the squad of players we're assembling so we just need to back that up now with results and hopefully we can get on a bit of a run."
Looking forward to tonight's game, striker James Norwood said he expected it to be difficult.
He added: "Woking have lost a couple of key players with bad injuries and that can always disrupt the team.
"Rendell gives them a lot of goals and he's out, but they're a good team and tough to play against away so we'll have to be at our best.
"Woking is the next game and that's all we are focused on, trying to get another three points.
"We're taking it one game at a time. We'll go into Tuesday night's game full of confidence after a victory. Hopefully we can get another win, we'll certainly be trying to do that."
