AS Tranmere Rovers adjust to life after relegation, the chairman of its supporters trust has said now is the time for the club to look at the positives and plan its return to league football.

Ben Harrison told the Globe today: "The trust's members are 100% behind the club and its new owners.

"We are getting into good shape off the pitch, but it's sad that we have lost league status.

"All we can do is have a plan to get back into the league and from a fans' point of view we've got to look at having a three-year plan to do try and achieve this.

"If we can do this at the end of the first year, then great, but we have to be prepared for the fact that it may take longer.

"I think the reason we lost this year is because some people did not accept that we were no longer in League One and had probably lost faith in getting back into League.

"We have to look at the positives and push on with plans to get back into the league."
