Cole Stockton
TRANMERE Rovers striker Cole Stockton has signed a new two-and-a-half-year contract with the Club today.
The 18-year old made his debut last season and has gone on to make 23 appearances for the club. Three of his five strikes for the Club have been winning goals.
He progressed through the club’s youth system since joining the Under-14s in 2008.
Manager Ronnie Moore said: "Cole is a promising young striker who deserves this opportunity.
"We’ve seen glimpses of his talent this season and I believe there is a lot more to come from him.
"He has a great attitude, wants to improve and has a bright future at the club."
Cole added: "I'm really pleased with my new contract.
"I'm grateful to the manager for giving me this chance and hopefully I’ll repay him and the club with my performances."
Cole will be available for Saturday’s home game against Carlisle United, 3pm kick-off.
