SOME silverware at least has been added to Tranmere Rovers' trophy room this season . . .
Tranmere Ladies lifted the Cheshire Cup with an emphatic 5-1 success over their counterparts from Stockport County. The Prenton Park ladies led 4-0 at half-time after some excellent one-touch football. On target for Tranmere were Rachael Rigby, 2, Sue Kenwright, 2, and Debbie Cartmel.
