Tranmere go into the match on the back of four consecutive wins, including Saturday's impressive 2-0 victory over Leeds United at Elland Road, thanks to goals by Jennison Myrie-Williams and new signing Ian Moore.
Tranmere manager Ronnie Moore - Ian's father - said: We're only just above Leyton Orient so it is a big match for both teams. Another win would put us four points ahead and well in the end-of-season play-off places.
"Our support was magnificent at Leeds and hopefully we can have something similar at Prenton Park on Saturday."
