YESTERDAY'S nap was backed down from 5/1 in the morning before doing the business nicely at 9/4 and hopefully we can keep up the winning run today when Chester again stages the most valuable card, with the Chester Vase at 2.45 the feature event. This looks a bit tricky with Sir Michael Stoute, Barry Hills and John Gosden all saddling strong contenders, along with the in-form Aidan O'Brien whose Vivaldi just gets my vote.
For the nap though I am going for the Michael Jarvis-trained, Royalist in the next at Chester, the 3.15, to follow up his Doncaster maiden success last month.
