ANOTHER busy programme featuring the Scottish Grand National at Ayr and Classic trials at Newbury, as well as more modest fare at Thirsk and Bangor this afternoon and at Nottingham and Wolverhampton this evening.
Ferdy Murphy has an excellent record in the Scottish National and I expect his pair of Leading Man and Noir Et Vert to be in the shake-up, but having tipped the winner of both the Midlands National and the big one' at Aintree I'm going for the hat-trick with Kilbeggan Blade which I expect to run a big race at a big price.
For the nap though it's off to Bangor where David Pipe's young chaser, Scotland Yard is to taken to outpoint some useful older rivals in the 3.30 at the North Wales track.
