SAM Gifford bagged all three goals as Carlsberg West Cheshire League Division One leaders Rainhill Town posted an excel- lent 3-0 victory at Upton AA.

Nearest rivals Maghull had Joel Richardson on target but forfeited ground when they drew 1-1 with Helsby, who replied via Lee Turkington.
