FIRST Division Prenton Dell knocked out Premier Division outfit Brow FC in the Tony Houlihan's Memorial Challenge Cup.
Two goals from Danny Edwards and one from Chris Hannon put Prenton in to the last four as they beat Brow (Thomas Gunnery) 3-1.
Upton Villa also sealed a semi-final spot with goals from Jamie Holmes (2), Dava Byrne and Steve Owen, in a 4-3 result against Stirrup Sports & Social (Burke, Duckers, Griffiths).
Liam Casey struck a hat-trick for Bidston Hotel in Round 4, in their game at Tower FC; further goals from Tommy Baker, Tony Taylor and Jamie Brown, completing a 6-1 victory.
Queens Park confirmed their place in Round 5 with two goals from Mike Burke and one from Robby Courtenay, as they beat Shore Villa 3-0.
Round Three of the David Tacy Cup saw Shaftesbury 'A' (Lee Griffiths 3, Ryan Griffiths, Josh Griffiths, Liam Bowen, Amir Adam) win 8-1 at FC Vaults (Rimmer).
Andy Jones and Danny Jones scored for Lancelyn Glenavon as they knocked Lions FC (Parry) out 2-1 and Riley’s FC (Nutty, Edwards) went through by the same scoreline against Birkenhead Youth 'B'.
Allport Athletic are through thanks to a goal from Jacques Bonfrer and a Craig Forshaw penalty, as they beat Millcroft 2-0.
In the Premier Division, a Jamie Kenyon hat-trick and one from Jamie Robinson kept Dock FC in touch with the leading pack, as they defeated Lairds Sports Club 4-1.
Heygarth (Lee Yarlett 2, Steve Forbes) won 3-2 at Argyll (Duckers, Feightman). The only Division One game ended goalless between Kings Arms and Churchwood.
In Division Three, Liam Rose continued his fine goal scoring form as he hit another hat-trick for Victoria Lodge; Leon Jones also bagged three as his side hit six without reply at New Ferry Rangers.
Robert Marrs and Liam Farrall scored for Armchair Alliance but they could only draw 2-2 with bottom of the table Woodward, whilst Beechwood Falcons moved out of the bottom two as Aaron Morgan and Ste Rogan registered in a 2-1 victory over FC Ridger Athletic.
Old Parkonians stayed in the promotion chase, with Matty Langford, Ben Kierman and Nathan Wilson scoring as they beat Rangers Breaks 3-0. Wirral Spartans (Jordan Gardner, Josh Woods, Billy Lally) took the points with a 3-1 success at Shawcross (Scott Whalley).
