THE First Division title race is still ongoing as Nelson FC came from 0-3 down to take the spoils in a great comeback victory as Callum Morrison (2), Dan Murphy, Jason Wylde and Lewis James netted the five goals in their 5-3 victory.

Dan Banicale-2 and Ben Winstanley had given Vics the commanding lead but Nelson surged back in the last 20 minutes.

A goal apiece from Chris Smith, Liam Murphy, Mark Houghton and Chris Jones gave Queens Liscard the points as they beat AFC Tima 4-0.

A seven-goal thriller saw Eastham Rangers earn a 4-3 victory over Trident as Martin Marshall, Alex Woods, Josh Cooke and Jake Maddox netted, with Sean Ronald (2) and Josh Overing hitting the replies.

Park Royal won through to the Youth Divisions Cup final when beating Irby Youth 2-1 with a late goal from Simon Lunn which was allied to another from Jack Cureton, with George Wild being the lone marksman for Irby.

They now play Manor Youth at Ashville FC this Sunday.

Manor Youth are closing in on the Dundee Youth division title following their emphatic 8-1 defeat of Wirral SB thanks to Jack Beggs rifling five goals and Ben Rourke, Connor Lloyd-Jones and Niall Williams all netting singles.

Still in the hunt are FC Phoenix who beat Upton Youth (Ben Doherty) 2-1 with a brace from Sean Harper. Groves FC are also hoping for a title success after beating Wallasey Wanderers (Lewis Connolly) 4-1.

Josh Pointon (3), Owen Warrington (2), Rob Ashton (2) and Miles Amer scored the goals for Higher Beb JFC as they beat Eastham Rangers Youth 8-1.

Effort of the day came in the Grove Youth division as goalkeeper Flynn Haley netted his only goal of the season in his team's final match as they beat Phoenix the Flames 11-0.

A double strike from Adam Lucius earned Eastham Rangers Colts a draw in the 2-2 score line with Higher Bebington Under 17s who can now only hope for the runners-up spot.

The date for the Youth Division Cup Final is this Sunday (Ashville FC) and the Capitol Cup Final is Tuesday 15th May (Cammell Lairds).
