ST Saviours were celebrating after lining up an all Ellesmere Port WDFA Amateur Cup Final between themselves and Sutton Athletic, thanks to a stunning performance against West Cheshire side Ellesmere Port Town Reserves.

The CWFL Division One side ran out 7-1 winners thanks to goals from Jack Sheppard (3), James Atkins (2), Lewis Bishop and Mason Cartwright.

They will now play fellow CWFL side Sutton on Easter Monday, 11am kick off, at the home of Ashville.

CWFL Secretary, Paul Graham, stated that the league were extremely proud to have two of its teams contesting in the final of this prestigious competition.

Helsby will be flying the flag for the CWFL in the Runcorn DFA Cup after seeing off Elton Athletic 1-0 in their semi final tie thanks to a Dom Bazley goal.

In the Chester DFA Challenge Cup Ben Woodman, Tom Moorefield and Dan Christianson were the Newton Athletic marksmen as they book their first final of the season with a 3-1 win over Upton JFC.

Cestrian Alex have moved into the semi finals of the CWFL Cayzer Shield after their 8-4 win over Hoole Youth.

Adam Crimes lead the scoring with a hattrick followed by Tom Richardson (2), Niall Peaker, Luke Peaker and Chris Hibbert.

In the CWFL Dee 106.3 League Cup group stages Franklyn's beat Shaftesbury Youth 4-2 with all the goals coming courtesy of Steve Rothwell.

Ian McGraa netted both for the Shafts.

In the CWFL Olympic Trophies Division One Jamie Smith hit a brace for Chester Argyle as they drew 2-2 with Blacon Youth FC Reserves whose goals came from Adam Langley and Tom Hodkinson.

Chester Nomads and Princes Villa also drew 2-2 with Mitch Glover hitting both for the Ellesmere Port outfit.

Upton Bears Paw were goal crazy in their CWFL Link Up Division Two clash with Beehive, running out 14-0 winners with goals from Chris Larsen (4), Jake Dean (3), Jamie Hughes (3), Bradley Joinson, Lewis Bebington and Jamie Barlow.

Alex Hughes (2) and Lee Parry were both on the scoresheet for Malpas Reserves as they beat Crossway 3-0.

Orange Athletic were the winners by the odd goal in seven when they travelled to Rockville away.

Goals from Matt Drury (3) and Mike Sullivan saw them return with all three points with Rockville's replies coming courtesy of a Danny Allen brace and Scot Ainsworth.

Tarvin Precision Vets Division Three action now and division leaders Farndon Vets suffered their first defeat of the season at the hand of second-placed Crossway.

Crossway ran out 3-2 winners on a heavy pitch thanks to strikes from Bal Darnoi (2) and Danny Brown.

Steve Thomas and Riad Erraji were the Farndon scorers.

In the CWFL Monday Night Flexi 11s Ellesmere Port Division Billbeckers keep the pressure up on leaders TRIC after beating West Kirby UTD 5-0.

Wirral Utd beat West Kirby 5-1 in their cup-tie.

Over in the CWFL Monday Night Flexi 11s Chester Division Blacon won the battle of the Legends as they beat Cestrian Legends 2-1.

In the Monday Night Cup Hoole Youth and Clubbies need penalties to decide their tie after the game had finished 3-3.

Clubbies held their nerve to move into the semi finals, winning the shootout 4-2.

In the CWFL Friday Night Flexi 11s Division Travs remain second after a hard fought 2-1 win over M&S Bank.

Waverton remain third thanks to a 5-1 win over Chester Lions.

CBP edged a 1-0 win over North West Brom and FC River beat El Porto 3-2.

Over at the CWFL Friday Night Flexi 11s Woodchurch Division Sporting Sedgeley made it three wins from three after their 2-1 win over AC Hoylake.

Shaftesbury Youth move into the semi finals of the Woodchurch Cup thanks to their 3-1 win over CF Raumdeuter.
