Wirral's golden girl Sam Quek will be joined by fellow gold-medallist Dame Sarah Storey for the Grand Women’s Summit panel on Ladies Day.

The most successful female British paralympian of all-time, Sarah's highlight of the Rio Paralympics was winning the C5 3000m individual pursuit final pushing her total number of gold medals to 14.

She also has a strong passion for promoting women in sport and encouraging young girls into physical exercise.

Sarah will join Ladies Day Ambassador Sam on the panel alongside other leading female figures from sport and business to will discuss gender balance and diversity in sport from participation to corporate level.

She said: “I am delighted to be joining the panel for the Grand Women Summit. The event is highly regarded for being informative and entertaining whilst allowing for great networking opportunities and I am looking forward to meeting other like-minded people on the day and being able to share our passion for sport.”
