Tom Quinn gave them a half time lead, but Jamie Parker netted the important winner in the extra period.

Despite a double strike by Sam Saunders, Poulton Vics Youth lost 2-6 versus Telegraph and Great Float S&S washed aside Glenavon Youth (Tom Hayes) 9-1 as James Harris-3, Carl Murphy-2, Scott Palethorpe, Rob Black, Sean Mooney and Tom Harris bagged the goals.

A brace of goals from Zach Wilmer for AFC Tima failed to prevent a 4-3 defeat by Cetco Europe who had Matty Boyd-3 and Jay Lutas as their scorers and Eastham Rangers were glad of an own goal allied to a single from Mark McMahon to give them a 2-1 success against Halfway House who replied through Joe Skinner.

Dan Owens first goal for Manor Youth could not stop Stanleys Cask rolling them over in an 8-1 win, due to Andy Crilly-2, Dave Southall-2, Mark Munt, Kyle Hulse, Martin Wilde and Liam Lavery finding the net and Oldershaw Athletic (Manny Mithi-Nelson-2, Karl Barker & Jack Beggs) eased out Ashville Youth (Ryan Davies, Owen Reilly, Kieran Blackwood and Jay Poston) in a 4-3 penalty shoot-out win after drawing 4-4 after extra time.

Olympic Rangers ran out 10-1 victors over Clarence (Sean Haley) thanks to doubles from Ben Ryan, Aaron Mawdsley, Derek Nash and Stuart Payne and Windsor beat Poulton Vics (own goal & Jason Stephens) 6-2 with goals from Graham Woods-2, Gary Winders-2, Craig Smith and Dan Maxwell.

Woodchurch United were too strong for AFC Liverpool (Callum Morrison) when winning 5-1, thanks to efforts from Ben Kearney-2, Paul Devey, Paul Tacey and Dean Stewart.
