Tranmere Rovers have extended Josh Thompson's loan deal
TRANMERE Rovers have extended Josh Thompson’s loan deal from Colchester United until January 24.
The centre back came to Prenton Park in October and has made six appearances for the club.
Manager Micky Adams said: "Josh has done well in his time at the club and I'd like to thank Colchester for letting him stay with us for the full 93 days.
"He's shown how dedicated a player he is as he battled his way back from a hamstring injury to return to the team ahead of schedule.
"He has fitted in well with the rest of the squad."
