MIKE Andrews again showed tremendous form at this weekend's Flyers Tournament in Birkenhead Park on Sunday and won for the third consecutive time.

This time he beat Gladstone's Ray Lynch in the final.

So far Andrews is undefeated and he is a run away leader at the top of the points table.

In his quarter-final match Andrews only just got the better of another in form player, New Brighton Quarry Viking's John Harrison and he then, in Cammell Lairds Peter Holian, faced another difficult opponent in the semis but Andrews again showed great accuracy in a 21-10 victory.

Lynch had beaten New Brighton Queen's Royal's Eddie Dutton in his quarter final match before he was a little too good for Joe Edwards of Levers in the semis.

There was no stopping Andrews in the final and he had a fairly straightforward 21-14 win.

Can he make it four in a row next week end?
