TRANMERE Rovers will be aiming for their first win of the season when they face Wycombe Wanderers at Adams Park tonight.

Rovers' boss Rob Edwards has added Aston Villa defender Janoi Donacien to his squad ahead of the game, which kicks off at 7.45pm.

The centre back goes straight into contention for a starting role, with injury doubts over Danny Holmes and Marcus Holness and Liam Ridehalgh still ruled out with an ankle problem.

Abdulai Baggie is also a doubt for Edwards, but Jason Koumas and Eliot Richards could return to the side after being named on the bench for Saturday's game at Shrewsbury.

Rovers go into the match with one point from their opening two league games and aiming for a first win of the season.

Wycombe have recorded back to back victories at the start of the League 2 campaign and could name the same side for the fourth game in a row thought midfield pair Stuart Lewis and Josh Scowen are closing in on returns from injury.
