Arrests follow wedding brawl at Wirral pub

TWO men have been arrested following a brawl at a wedding in Wirral.
The incident happened at the Ridger pub in West Kirby at around 11.30pm on Saturday when a 40-year-old man was assaulted.
The victim, from Moreton, suffered a serious injury to his ear and was taken to Arrowe Park Hospital for treatment but has since been discharged.
A 23-year-old from Prenton and a 21-year-old from West Kirby were arrested on suspicion of section 18 assault and have been released on bail pending further inquiries.
