Paul comes home for BBC series

WIRRAL television and radio personality Paul O’Grady returned to his hometown last week to film part of a new BBC history series.
Paul visited Birkenhead Reference Library where staff helped him to investigate the history of Birkenhead using just some of the maps, photographs, newspaper articles and medical reports that are archived in the reference library.
The programme is due to be aired in Spring 2013.
