A TOP Wirral hotel is celebrating after scooping two industry awards.

The Health Club at Thornton Hall Hotel and Spa won Silver in both the ‘Best Club in the UK’ and ‘North West Club of the Year’ categories at the Members’ Choice Health Club Awards.

The ceremony, which took place at the Hilton Hotel in Birmingham, saw winners picking up awards which were voted for by the people who use clubs’ facilities.

Roy Burkey, Health Club general manager at Thornton Hall, said: “I would like to say a special thank you to our club members and guests who voted for their valued support.

"The Health Club team work extremely hard to give members the best customer service possible and their dedication has enabled us to win these awards.”
