Fender Lane from the horse riding stables to Tesco roundasbout , recently had its speed limit down graded, yet still motorist exceed the limit for whatever reason, and only this year was a cyclist killed on the bypass near the Gunsites turn off at Leasowe road, along with another cyclist seriously injured at Clatterbridge rugby club roundabout..

We need more stringent enforcement of speed limits and crushing of vehicles involved in drink drive collisions, even if its a company vehicle or hire car..

Best wishes and healing vibes to the cyclist involved,

That road really needs a pedestrian / cycle path at the side of it, as it's the only route for a fair distance over the M53. Had to use it myself with a bike several times, albeit reluctantly.
