Concern grows for missing Wirral man

CONCERN is growing for the whereabouts of a 58-year-old Wirral man who has been missing for more than a week.

Anthony McEwan, of no fixed abode, was last seen by a friend on Monday, September 10 in Penkett Road, Wallasey at around 11.30pm.

Anthony is known to frequent New Brighton and Wallasey.

He is described as white, 6ft tall, of medium build with straight, dark brown hair that is greying, hazel eyes and a moustache and beard.

He has two tattoos on his upper right arm of a rose and thistle and the word 'Tanya'.

When last seen he was wearing jeans splattered with paint and a dark blue fleece.

Anthony, or anyone who has seen him, is asked to call police on 101, or the Missing Person's Bureau on 116 000.
