Wirral NHS needs your help in search for health heroes

FLASHBACK: Last year’s team winners - the Dermatology Unit staff based at Clatterbridge Hospital.
STAFF at Wirral Hospital Trust are again to be recognised for outstanding care and performance this autumn through its “Treating You Well Awards” - but they need your help.
Patients, relatives or carers are being urged to vote for the most outstanding NHS hospital team, department or individual staff member.
The Treating You Well Awards were introduced three years ago and have become a coveted accolade for hospital staff as the nominations are made by patients.
Last year the Trust received 65 nominations from patients and the winners of the Treating You Well team award was the dermatology unit staff based at Clatterbridge Hospital. The individual award winner was Kay Jones, a diabetic specialist nurse, based at Arrowe Park Hospital.
