Wirral business awards winners announced
THE winners of this year’s Wirral Business Awards were revealed this weekend.
Hosted by BBC Radio Merseyside presenter Roger Phillips the ceremony highlighted excellence, innovation and enterprise of Wirral’s companies - both large and small.
More than 400 leading figures in the region’s business world attended the ceremony at Birkenhead School.
The winners and awards were:
Apollo Care - Newcomer of the Year.
McEwan Wallace - Corporate Social Responsibility.
Hyperbaric Treatment and Training Centre - Small Business of the Year.
Typhoo Tea - Environmental award.
Regal Wholesale - Medium business of the year.
Sovex - Innovation and creativity award.
The Contact Company - Business of the year.
Wirral Autistic Society - People development.
Women’s Enterprising Breakthrough - Social enterprise of the year.
Feedwater - International Trade award.
Asif Hamid (The Contact Company) - Business person of the year.
Fleetsolve - Wirral Think Big award.
