TWENTY-five people have been charged so far in connection with riots in Wirral and South Liverpool earlier this week.
The men, aged between 15 and 42 have been charged with a number of offences.
Of those, 22 were charged with breach of the peace, one has been charged with section five public order, another has charged with possession of a controlled drug and another with theft.
So far, 15 men have appeared in magistrates' court.
Of the others arrested two have been released on bail pending further enquiries, 19 remain in custody, including two women, and two have received a fine.
Police are committed to arresting those involved in criminality and putting them before the courts.
The search for offenders continues and witnesses are asked to email any information or images they may have of the violence to the investigation team to help bring these people to justice.
