Text messages concerning drugs deals were discovered on a mobile phone belonging to a 39-year-old man, Wirral Magistrates were told by prosecutor Amanda Cullen.
Scott Thomas Curran, 39, of Evans Road, Hoylake, appeared for sentence.
He earlier admitted possessing cannabis with intent to supply at his home in August.
Messages on the phone included: “Will have three for £45.” “Could I pick up half a bag?” and “Can I have five of those little ones?”, said Miss Cullen.
Magistrates imposed a 12 weeks prison sentence suspended for 12 months. They also made a 12-month supervision order.
