Case dismissed against Wirral man charged with assaulting traffic warden
A 35-year-old man charged with assaulting a traffic warden and also damaging a digital camera has been acquitted.
The cases against Lawrence Larkin of Westway, Moreton, were dismissed last month by Wirral Magistrates after evidence was heard.
He had denied assaulting traffic warden Arnold Attridge by beating at Mill Park Drive, Eastham, and also causing damage value not stated to a digital camera belonging to NFC limited.
