BREAKING NEWS: Woman gave birth on M53 today during snow congestion
THE GLOBE understands that a woman gave birth on the M53 today while caught up in the snow gridlock.
The child was born shortly after ambulance staff arrived at the scene, according to our source.
Merseyside's ambulance service is currently in the middle of a major incident and unavailable for comment.
