THESE are the schools that have announced they will be closed tomorrow due to the severe weather conditions caused by the heavy snowfall.

The last I have heard is that parents are advised to listen to radio merseyside news and this would have to be done by 7.30am for me. With one primary school child already off my daughter and I would obviously - and quite reasonably - rather be told earlier for definite and stay in bed an hour or so more
...
I find it a bit ridiculous for them to be one of the only schools in Wallasey to be dithering about this.

Allya, on the offchance you meant Caldy I looked for both spellings on the Heart FM website and up until the last update at 6 minutes past 6 tonight there is no information for that school sorry.
...
Google for the website and keep checking yourself though as the list will be probably be there - or here - at some point.

lindsay Heart radio website updated last at 9.26pm and states: Wirral Met College fully closed. I would assume that means all three but hopefully the globe (or Heart) will post more up to date stuff before the morning possibly saving you a journey.

birkenhead sixth form is closed its not mentioned on radio or school lists but if you log on to their own web site it says they are closed, they update the website at app 7am so you have to check each morning for that day.

radiocity are going to say on there site weather the schools will reopen on monday 11 they will be posting there list on sunday afternoon and evening so we can all find out.
No one is posting all wirral schools so just email them to find out.
i hope this is useful as i check both sites
