Charity night of classical music will end Gladstone Theatre's current season

THE Wirral Orchestra present a charity concert at the Gladstone Theatre, Port Sunlight on July 18.

Featuring work by Elgar, Holst, Coates and Dvorak, a Concert For Macmillan will bring the theatre's current season to a close.

All proceeds will go to the local Macmillan Cancer Support Fund.

Tickets for the concert, which will be conducted by Neill Jackson and starts at 7.30pm, are from the box office 0151 643 8757.

Following this concert the theatre in Greendale Road, Port Sunlight, will close its doors for a brief five week recess, when new lighting and sound equipment will be installed on stage.

The new season "What's On" brochure will be available from the box office by the end of July.
