POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Eastham this morning.
A 25-year-old woman died as a result of the injuries sustained when the black Corsa she was driving collided with a coach on the A41 New Chester Road, at its junction with Eastham Village Road, at around 8.30am.
Police say the car hit the coach which was travelling in the opposite direction.
Firefighters helped remove the driver from the vehicle.
The coach driver and two passengers were also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The 25-year-old driver has not yet been named.
