A 42-YEAR-OLD man was stabbed in Birkenhead at the weekend.
Police were called to Watson Street, near the Birkenhead Youth Club, at 10pm, on Sunday, October 5.
The victim was taken to Arrowe Park Hospital accident and emergency unit with injuries that are not thought to be life threatening.
Five men have been arrested in connection with the incident.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
