Hotel was evacuated after fire broke out

THIRTY-THREE guests and staff were evacuated from a hotel and conference centre in South Wirral after a fire started in an electrical circuit.

Emergency services rushed to contain the blaze at the Grade-II listed Inglewood Manor Hotel, Ledsham. Two fire engines attended the scene which broke out in the early hours of the morning of August 28. There were no injuries.
