Police concern for missing man

1:42pm Tuesday 3rd June 2008

POLICE are concerned about the welfare of a 31-year-old Prenton man who has been missing from home since Monday afternoon.

Philip Evans is a diabetic and suffers from depression. He was last seen by his partner at home in Parkstone Road, Prenton at around 2.30pm.

Mr Evans is described as white, 5ft 4 with dark short brown hair.

Distinguishing features include a missing top right tooth and his nose is naturally bent to the right.

He was last seen wearing dark blue tracksuit bottoms, a navy blue Ben Sherman jumper and black trainers.

Evans needs to take medication and it is feared he may fall into an insulin-induced coma if he goes without for a period.

Anyone who may have seen Philip or who knows where he may be should contact 0151 709 6010 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
