Motorcylist, 17, dies in collision

A TEENAGE motorcyclist from Thingwall was killed in a collision in Oxton at the weekend.
The youth, whose machine collided with a Hackney cab, suffered serious head injuries and was taken to Arrowe Park Hospital where he later died.
The incident happened at 9.55pm on Friday.
The driver of the cab was treated for shock.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact 777 5730.
