The new three-bed area, which includes a water birth facility, aims to promote the normality of labour and seeks to provide a home from home' environment for low-risk women, run totally by midwives.

Terri, who presents ITV's 60 Minute Makeover, said: "Arrowe Park is my local hospital and I was keen to have my baby there. I was really impress-ed with the continuity of care I had."
