A MAN was arrested after a fight broke out on board a bus in Birkenhead.
Officers were called to Birkenhead bus station at around 2.50pm on Tuesday, July 17 following reports that two men were fighting on board the number 42 bus travelling to Woodchurch.
It was also reported that both men were armed with knives.
A 51-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of affray and was taken to a police station for questioning.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to get in touch with detectives.
