A 40-year-old motorist today (Wednesday) denied causing serious injury to three people by dangerous driving following a crash in Wirral.
Russell Ramsden pleaded not guilty to three charges involving injuring Geoffrey Quick, Maureen Quick and Julie Lundy by driving dangerously on Mount Road, Clatterbridge, on October 19 last year.
Ramsden, of Larchwood Drive, Higher Bebington, is alleged to have injured the trio, who were in a Toyota Aygo driven by Mr Quick, when his Vauxhall Insignia crashed into them as they were travelling in the opposite direction.
Ramsden was further remanded on bail by a Liverpool Crown Court judge to await his trial beginning on November 26.
